Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

    • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

 

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties; these are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey at any time.

 

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but please understand that occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

 Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
