We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:

 

Returns

• We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Customized or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes items that are made-to-order, monogrammed, or custom printed/designed.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
